generationsspa is a subsidiary of 4D Engineering, Inc. 4D Engineering, Inc. was established in July 2000 to design applications of Math & Science that make a positive differences in our community and planet.
After a seven year career with the manufacturing operations of the Pepsi-Cola Company, our owner has focused her love of spa & beauty products, engineering technology education, and professional experiences to embrace a scope that addresses needs of our fellow citizens, particularly future generations, to beautifully balance our natural and technical worlds.
We develop & manufacture high-quality beauty & spa products using principals of Microbiology, Laboratory Testing, Recycling, Sanitation, Good Manufacturing Practices, & Quality Control.
Our mission is to manufacture a core of flagship beautiful, meanignful, and all natural spa products that benefit our bodies, our planet, locally-grown producers, organic, and Fair Trade Certified global resources.

We operate a Locally Grown CSA in Woodstock,Georgia that encourages and provides framework for fresh, pesticide-free, low-spray produce and all natural body care from dedicated farmers and skilled manufacturers to families in the surrounding areas.

Product labels are made from 100% post-consumer recycled materials.

We use compostable bags made from wood cellulose fibers.

SHIPPING
All items are shipped within 24-72 hours (except Sundays and Holidays). We ship your choice of FedEx, UPS, or USPS to the United States and AFPO. We recommend overnight shipping for generationsspa Body Butters, which we ship insulated.

We accept credit card payments through PayPal; PayPal accepts credit cards and does not require a PayPal account.
GUARANTEE
We believe you'll always be very happy with your purchases from generationsspa. Even though natural products are fantastic, some formulas may not agree with your skin needs. Receive a refund within 30 days of purchase by a) contacting us via email b) receive a Return Authorization Code c) returning unused portion. We will mail your refund for the price you paid for the product (not including shipping) AND the price you paid to return ship (USPS ground only).
